Using CupCraft
These terms apply to your use of CupCraft Home Barista. Your download and use of the app are also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end user license agreement.
Purpose
CupCraft provides educational coffee content, personal journaling, maintenance reminders, timers, calculators, and rules-based brewing guidance. Its content and calculated values are general references, not guarantees of taste, equipment performance, or safety.
Equipment and food safety
Follow the manufacturer instructions for your coffee equipment, cleaning products, electrical appliances, water treatment, and food handling. Stop using equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. CupCraft does not replace manufacturer guidance or professional repair advice.
Your content and backups
You retain ownership of journal entries, photos, recipes, and other content you create. You are responsible for maintaining exports or device backups appropriate to your needs. Deleting the app may remove locally stored content.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or unlawfully redistribute the app or its bundled editorial and visual content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
The app may change as operating systems and product features evolve. Features may be adjusted or discontinued when reasonably necessary for quality, security, compatibility, or legal compliance.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CupCraft is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
