Email shoshanadean@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not attach a full journal export unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
Your journal data
CupCraft stores journal records and imported photos locally. Use Settings to create a JSON backup, CSV tables, or a PDF summary before deleting the app or moving data manually.
Maintenance reminders
Reminder delivery requires notification permission. Check Settings > Notifications > CupCraft if a scheduled reminder does not appear.
Photos
Photos selected through the system picker are copied into CupCraft's private storage. Removing the source image from Photos does not remove the CupCraft copy.
Widgets
After installing CupCraft, add a widget from the iPhone or iPad widget gallery. Open the app once if the widget has not yet loaded its local summary.
Purchasing
CupCraft is sold as a paid-upfront app. It does not include subscriptions or in-app purchases.
