These Terms of Use govern your use of SoundMind. By downloading or using SoundMind, you agree to these terms.

The app

SoundMind is a tone reinterpretation app for recordings you own or have the right to use. The app is designed for your own voice and your own audio. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the audio you record, import, generate, save, or export. Do not use SoundMind to impersonate another person, mislead listeners, commit fraud, harass others, create non-consensual synthetic audio, or bypass safety controls.

Subscriptions and billing

SoundMind is free to download. Some features require an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple in-app purchase as SoundMind Pro. Weekly and yearly plans are shown in the app in your local currency.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any free trial or introductory offer, if available, is configured and managed by Apple.

App availability

SoundMind may change, pause, or remove features as the product develops. TestFlight builds are for testing and may contain incomplete features.

No warranty

SoundMind is provided as is. Audio results may vary depending on recording quality, device, environment, and selected tone.
