License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to play the game on Apple devices you own or control. The game, its artwork, code and name remain the property of Dean Shoshana.
Purchases
In-app purchases are optional and processed by Apple. "Remove Ads" is a one-time non-consumable purchase that can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Consumable purchases (such as heart refills) are consumed on use and are not restorable. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
Fair play
Don't attempt to manipulate leaderboards, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with the service. We may invalidate scores that are clearly fraudulent.
Availability and changes
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features (including ads, economy balancing and events) at any time. We are not liable for loss of locally stored progress.
