This policy describes how TowerLift Sky Builder ("the app"), published by Dean Shoshana, handles information. The short version: we don't run accounts, we don't sell data, and the only data collection happens through the advertising and platform services described below.
Information we do not collect
The app has no user accounts and no registration. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, location, or any content you create. Your scores, coins, hearts, settings and progress are stored locally on your device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of the app shows ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve ads and measure their performance, Google may collect and process data from your device, including:
- Device information (model, operating system, language)
- IP address and coarse (approximate) location derived from it
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- Diagnostic data used for fraud prevention and frequency capping
How Google uses this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline. The app does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
If you purchase Remove Ads, all forced ads are removed. Any remaining ads (such as an optional rewarded ad you choose to watch) remain strictly opt-in.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details — Apple handles billing under its own privacy policy. Purchase entitlements (such as Remove Ads) are verified through Apple's StoreKit on your device.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, your best scores are submitted to the TowerLift leaderboard under your Game Center nickname. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. You can disable Game Center in iOS Settings.
Children
The app is a casual game suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where age signals are available, ad requests are configured accordingly.
Data retention and your rights
We hold no personal data on our own servers. Data processed by Google or Apple is governed by their policies, where you can also exercise your rights of access and deletion. Deleting the app removes all locally stored progress.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
