Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of QuoteSync. They supplement Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, where applicable.
About QuoteSync
QuoteSync is a proposal workspace for creating, editing, exporting, sharing, and tracking proposal work. The app is intended for business productivity and proposal organization.
Subscriptions and Billing
QuoteSync Premium is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly and yearly options. Subscription prices, durations, and renewal details are shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds
Subscription billing and refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple’s refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. QuoteSync cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Your Content and Data
You are responsible for the proposal, client, pricing, brand, project, and other content you create or store in QuoteSync. QuoteSync currently stores app data locally on your device and does not provide a cloud backup service. You are responsible for keeping any important exports, PDFs, or records you need outside the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuoteSync to create, store, export, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. You also agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where legally permitted, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple’s terms.
No Professional Advice
QuoteSync may help organize proposal language, pricing, payment schedules, terms, and project details, but it does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing proposal materials before sending them and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Third-Party Services
QuoteSync uses Apple services such as StoreKit and iOS sharing features. When you use Apple or third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. QuoteSync is not responsible for third-party services, apps, or destinations you choose when sharing exported files.
Availability and Changes
QuoteSync may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features may vary by device, iOS version, subscription status, or App Store availability. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
Disclaimer
QuoteSync is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteSync and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to QuoteSync will not exceed the amount you paid for QuoteSync in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using QuoteSync at any time. We may suspend or end access to the app or its features if required by law, Apple policy, or if these Terms are violated.
