Privacy Policy

QuoteSync is built to keep proposal work private and local by default.

Information Stored in the App

QuoteSync may store the following information on your device:

• Proposal titles, client names, scope, pricing, status, and timeline details.
• Project milestones, deliverables, payment states, and notes.
• Brand kit settings, including company name, initials, accent color, typography, and an optional logo selected by you.
• Reusable content library entries.
• Subscription access state and selected plan.

This information is stored locally on your device. QuoteSync does not currently operate a developer server and does not upload proposal data to the developer.

Purchases

QuoteSync uses Apple’s StoreKit system for subscriptions. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and billing are handled by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple’s terms.

Photos

If you choose to add a logo, QuoteSync uses Apple’s photo picker so you can select an image. The selected image is used only for your brand kit and generated proposal materials inside the app.

Tracking and Advertising

QuoteSync does not track users across apps or websites. QuoteSync does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics.

Sharing and Export

QuoteSync can generate proposal PDFs and open the system share sheet. You choose where exported files are sent. Sharing destinations are handled by iOS and the apps you select.

Data Deletion

You can edit or remove proposal, project, brand, and content library data inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes locally stored QuoteSync data from that device.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when QuoteSync changes. If cloud sync, accounts, analytics, or server-backed features are added later, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
