These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyNopoly app. By downloading or using MyNopoly, you agree to these Terms.
MyNopoly is a personal-finance tracker. Your data is stored on your device; the app does not require an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
MyNopoly is free to download. Some features are offered through an auto-renewable subscription, MyNopoly Premium, available as a weekly or yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use MyNopoly only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app.
MyNopoly is a tracking tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own financial decisions.
MyNopoly is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
